Log Reviewer is a program that will parse out a particular channel in an Anarchy Online chat log file.

Log Reviewer includes the file "vbrun60sp5", the Visual Basic Runtine Libraries. If you'd rather download the Libraries directly from Microsoft, you can use this link instead. These Libraries need to be installed prior to using Log Reviewer (it's a quick install).
